摘要：
In the social transition period of higher education,in order to form and maintain a competitive advantage for private university,it is essential to research and discuss the dynamic mechanism for it carefully. This paper discusses the dynamic elements and formation of sustainable development on the basis of systematic and scientific theory so as to provide a theoretical basis for the long- term and stable development of private university.
