2001年,世界卫生组织将《国际残损、残疾和残障分类》(International Classification of Impairments,Disabilities and Handicaps,ICIDH)进行修订后,正式出版了《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,简称ICF)[1],ICF强调个体康复结局指标的评价应该从身体、心理、社会三个层面进行,并将"社会参与(participation)"一词代替ICIDH中"残障(handi-
