摘要：
Compulsory art education in universities,a vital part of high education,despite a certain development in recent years,has a series of problems like marginalization,lack of faculty,irrational curriculum,disconnection of teaching and practice,imperfection on assessment system and so on. This paper tends to propose development strategy from the perspective of differentiation education idea,open teaching system and education management reform.
