摘要
本文系统介绍了不同学者在人力资源管理系统分类方面的主要观点,并分析了其共性,得出三种典型的人力资源管理系统;接着结合学者们的研究阐述了人力资源管理系统与企业竞争战略的关系;在此基础上考察了人力资源管理系统与企业竞争战略的匹配模式。
