microRNA-106b-5p在胃癌中的表达及与病理分级和预后的相关性研究

摘要
目的研究microRNA-106b-5p(miR-106b)在胃癌组织中的表达水平及与胃癌患者临床病理资料和预后之间的关系。方法分析收治的25例胃癌患者临床资料,记录患者病理分级资料,通过qRT-PCR验证miR-106b在胃癌组织中的相对表达量,分析其与患者性别、年龄、分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期之间的关系。结果在25对胃癌及癌旁组织中,miR-106b的相对表达量分别为(0.9259,1.4216)、(0.2155,0.3568),胃癌组织中miR-106b的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);miR-106b的表达水平与胃癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);生存分析显示miR-106b高表达组整体生存时间与低表达组生存时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 miR-106b在胃癌组织中表达呈较高水平,对胃癌的病情评估有指导意义。
