摘要：

The Bikou Hydropower station, reputed as the first bright pearl on the Bailongjiang River, is located at Bikou Town, Wenxian Country, Gansu Province. The beautiful scenery and mild climate around the power station is comparable to that of Kumming, the renowned spring city. To the north of the power station along the Bailongjiang River, is the world famous natural scenic spot Jiu zhaigou and to the south along the river is Guang Yuan, a major city in Northern Sichuan.
