摘要
More and more practice proves that focusing on customer needs is the key to business success.So studying on customer relationship management is very important for its implementation in enterprises.In recent years,data mining in customer relationship management(CRM) application has always been one of the hot spots.This paper shows the relevant methods of data mining application in CRM taking Telecom as an example.
