摘要：
The boom in use of private military companies is closely linked to the U.S.global strategic blueprint as well as to the contemporary inclination toward outsourcing,the ambiguity in international law,and today’s military insurgencies.As nations and separatist groups continue their objectives in secret,the companies they hire contribute to threats to national sovereignty,distort the criteria for legal access to war,violate human rights,hamper predictions for conflict outcomes,and create regulatory chaos.
