不同剂量氯吡格雷对PCI术后血小板反应不全急性冠脉综合征患者疗效的影响

目的观察比较不同剂量氯吡格雷对PCI术后血小板反应不全的急性冠脉综合征患者疗效的影响。方法血小板反应不全的急性冠脉综合征患者80例根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各40例,2组均常规行PCI,对照组给予低负荷剂量氯吡格雷配合治疗,治疗组给予高负荷剂量的氯吡格雷配合治疗,观察2组疗效。结果 2组用药后血小板聚集率均明显下降(P均<0.05),在术后不同时间点,组内与组间对比均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。治疗后治疗组有效率为98%,对照组为88%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后随访30 d,2组均无死亡者,但治疗组的心肌梗死、靶血管血运重建和出血等总体并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高剂量氯吡格雷可以更加有效地抑制血小板聚集,提高治疗有效率,明显改善预后,更适合于对血小板反应不全的ACS患者。
