摘要：

As the foreign economic and trade contract belongs to legal documents,it bears profound differences with the common everyday English,especially on the application style and features of word and sentence.This article tries to enumerate some translation skills of foreign economic and trade contract.Besides,some common inaccuracies in translation are also elaborated here.
