摘要
This paper aims to explore the importance of service employees in any sport service organisations.With the methods of logic analysis,and literature review,it discussed the importance of service employees first,and then explained 4 kinds of main reasons for this point.After that,it analysed service employees in different types of sport organisations through contrast analysis.It then concluded that service personnel are essential in sport service organisation,since service employees are not only the service,but also the organisation in the eye of customers(Bodet,2013).Besides,they are also the brand and the marketers in marketing environment.In addition,it argued that service employees are important to both sport participant service and sport spectator service,which are the two aspects of sport service(Chelladurai,1992).
