<正>Laser Welding Inevitably Applied in Sensor Production Certain kinds of sensors such as pressure sensor, temperature sensor, optic-electronic sensor etc. utilize welding seal according to different application environment. With precision components and IC which is isolated by inert gas inside, these sensors should be sealed and able to resist the pressure. So the welding process must avoid distortion and harm to the components and IC.
