科技人力资源开发探究——美国STEM学科集成战略解读

摘要
20世纪80年代以来,STEM学科集成战略已逐渐成为美国科技人力资源开发的重要内容,为美国构筑可持续的竞争力奠定了基础。本文试图梳理美国STEM战略的发展脉络,并解读该战略的组织保障与投入机制等方面的具体实施。美国科技人力资源开发的这一重大举措应该能够给我国科学与工程教育创新带来有益的启示。
