In the present analysis we introduced a calculation method of the differentiation by using the real value FFT and real inverted FFT for the pseudospectral method. The introduced differentiation method is very efficient in economy. For example we apply the new staggered grid differentiation in the simulation of seismic wave propagation. The results show that the new calculation method of the differential operator for the pseudospectral method is applicable for the seismic wave simulation.
