Effects of Tamoxifen on the endometrium of women with breast cancer

摘要：
Tamoxifen is an effective and widely used adjuvant therapy for women with breast cancer.It exhibits anti-oestrogenic activity in breast,but has a stimulating effect on the endometrium.Women who use tamoxifen are at an increased risk of endometrial diseases.This article focuses on the mechanism of tamoxifen,the diagnosis and therapy of the endometrial diseases induced by tamoxifen.
