The Lanzhou Petrochemical MachineryPlant is a large backbone enterprisefor producing oil drilling/miningmachinery and oil refining and chemicalequipment. It was built under China’s FirstFive-Year Plan. Through its developmentover the past three decades, it has becomethe largest domestic manufacturing base foroil drilling/mining machinery and oil refiningand chemical equipment, The plant now hasa total staff of over 11,000 and owns over2,100 sets of main production equipment.
