摘要：
INTRODUCTION Retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)is a proliferative disease that affects infants of young gestational age(GA)and low birth weight(BW).Aggressive posterior ROP(AP-ROP)is a rapidly progressing and severe presentation of ROP.It is characterized as posterior location(zoneⅠor posterior zoneⅡ),Stage 3,and with plus disease(arterial tortuosity and venous dilation).It can quickly lead to retinal detachment and blindness if not treated in time.
