摘要
Objective The objective was to identify the comprehensive molecular circuitry involved in LSS-induced inflammation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells( HUVECs) through protein profiling and cell function experiments. Methods Western blotting was used to detect the expression of protein in HUVECs. qR T-PCR was used to detect the expression of mR NA. Monocyte adhesion test and scratch test was used to detect the effect of low shear stress on monocyte adhesion and cell migration.
