The Yishui Eldon Textile Co. Ltd. is a joint venture company of limited liability set up by the Yishui Textile Mill of Shandong and Hongkong Eldon Development Co. Ltd. The total investment was 5.10 million dollars, with registered capital of 3.88 million dollars. The company has imported from Germany advanced double-crank spinning machine and accessory equipment for annual production of 1.2 million meters of high quality decorative flannelette.
