高温固相法合成Ce3+, Dy3+掺杂的YGa3(BO3)4及其荧光性质

摘要
通过高温固相法制备了Ce3+单掺以及Ce3+, Dy3+共掺杂YGa3(BO3)4系列荧光粉。通过分析X射线衍射数据,该系列荧光粉的晶胞参数随掺杂离子的浓度增加线性变化,且衍射数据未观察到杂质衍射峰,进而确认稀土离子掺杂成功且样品均为纯相。在YGa3(BO3)4基质中, Ce3+掺入后在紫外和近紫外区有很强的宽带吸收,其荧光发射波长也位于近紫外区,因此可作为敏化剂来增强Dy3+在该基质中的白光发射。通过对Ce3+, Dy3+共掺杂荧光粉的光谱研究,确认了Ce3+→Dy3+存在有效的能量传递,传递机制以四级-四级相互作用为主。Y0.79Ce0.10Dy0.11Ga3(BO3)4中传递效率达到61.58%, Ce3+的敏化使得Dy3+的发光大幅增强。在273 nm激发下, Y0.89Ce0.1Dy0.01Ga3(BO3)4发射光谱的色坐标为(0.3268,0.3438),色温为5749 K,接近标准白光色坐标。
