摘要
如何解决当前农业税征收中的不合理现象,探索一种科学、简明、易于实践操作的农用土地等级评价方法,是当前亟待解决的热点问题。通过引入先进的GIS技术手段,对江西省农田划分等级进行研究,将江西省303.25万hm农田分成6个等级,为农业税征收提供容观标准。
