The Harbin Power-Station Equipment Group Company (HPEG) is one of the 55 largest enterprises with individual planning rights. It enjoys autonomy in foreign trade and sends power station related technical personnel abroad. As a state-approved Grade-A unit, it can provide main and auxiliary equipment for thermal, hydro, and nuclear power plants, and undertake the construction of power stations and supply machines. It is able to offer to customers a series of services including site survey, design,equipmentand personnel training, plus overhaul and upgrading. The group makes petrochemical containers, medium-to-large a.c. and d.c. motors, industrial boilers, industrial steam turbines, fans, power station valves, nuclear low-temperature thermal supply equipment, control panels and insulation materials.
