摘要：

Zhejiang province has long been the starting-point of the ancient maritime silk road linking the east and the west.Thanks to Belt and Road Initiative that further stimulates cultural and music exchanges among Asia, Europe, the Middle East and East Africa. This article explore how Zhejiang Conservatory of Music can make use of this great chance to reach out with the world from the perspectives of students’ global outlook, faculty intercultural competence as well as international programs.
