摘要
采用传统的球磨工艺制备了Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xYxO4(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)铁氧体。通过XRD、SEM等研究了掺杂Y3+对Ni-Zn铁氧体微观组织、结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,当Y3+含量为0,0.01时,XRD衍射图呈现单一的立方尖晶石型结构,随着Y3+含量(0.03,0.05,0.07)的增加分别出现第二相,第二相的强度逐渐加强;随着Y3+含量的增加,Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xYxO4铁氧体的实部磁导率先增大后减小。
