摘要：

Human CSF endorphins fraction Ⅰ,fractionⅢ and fraction 29 are increased significantlyafter electroacupuncture.Using push-pull per-fusion,we have observed endorphins releaseafter acupuncture in the periaqueductal gray(PAG),caudate nucleus and accumbens nucleus.This shows that endorphins are related to ac-upuncture analgesia(AA).Electroacupuncturemay increase the pain thresholds of rabbits,in-hibit the cortical potentials evoked by tooth pulpstimulation in rabbits and decrease the cAMPlevels of the perfusates in the caudate nucleus.These effects can be reversed by naloxone.Ourresults show that the endorphins participate inAA from the presynaptie levels to the receptorsites.
