摘要
In recent years, with the continuous improvement in Chinese people’s income level, consumers’diversified consumption demand for food types, quality, nutrition and taste has also increased significantly.Fresh food needs to be transported, processed, stored and distributed either by refrigerated or frozen means.Driven by strong consumer demand,China’s cold chain logistics industry is thus now entering a stage of rapid development.
