Objective To analyze the association of polymorphism in C1173T of VKORC1 with warfarin dose. Methods There are 102 patients to be selected into the research ,who were treated with warfarin.We conducted a retrospective study to analyze the effect of C1173T polymorphism on warfarin dose. Results Of 102 patients,83(81.4%) patients with TT haplotypes,16(15.7%)
