The development of textile machinery industry,at present,is in dilemma to some extent.For instance,the amount of newly-commenced projects is on the decline,which witnessed a year on year decrease by 0.96% in the past half year of 2014.It can be attributed partly to the rising cost of labor and raw material,and thus the product prices cannot be as pleased as before.In this manner,many small enterprises have difficulty in find-ing clients,only to have rising stocks.Therefore,they are obliged to have more days off as to maintain the daily operation.It may be deduced that this dilemma is due partly to the neglect of the changing market.
