摘要
Dear Editor,Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection remains a major cause of liver diseases worldwide, which affects approximately 250 million people globally (Yuen et al.2018).Individuals with chronic HBV infection are at high risk of developing liver cirrhosis, and ultimately hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).HBV is a Hepadnavirus DNA virus, which specifically infects and efficiently replicates in hepatocytes.
