THE THIRD WFAS GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND THIRD WORLD CONFERENCE ON ACUPUNCTURE HAVE COME TO A SUCCESSFUL CLOSE AT KYOTO

The Third WFAS General Assembly and the Third World Conference on Acupuncture were heldat Kyoto,Japan,from Nov.20 to 23,1993.80 representatives and observers from 22 countries andregions attended the assembly.Dr.Zhang Xiaorui,responsible for division programma of TraditionalMedicine was invited to this assembly.The Third WFAS Executive Committee was elected by secretballot voting.Chen Shaowu,the vice-president of Chinese Association of Acupuncture and Moxibus-tion,the President of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital,was elected as the president of WFAS~Deng Liangyue,the stating member of Chinese Association of Zhenjiu,the Director of Institute of
