摘要：

In order to attrad foreign investment inprospeding for mineral resources in the westregions,China has already issued and willmake further preferential policies aimed atencouraging foreign participation,accordingto the Ministry of Land Resources.(MLR)These new measures will includeInstead of finding an authorized domesticpartner and working cooperatively,foreignenterprises can directly apply to the MLRfor authorization of geological survey andprospeding for mineral resources.
