摘要：

English plays an important role in international communication. Chinese people value English learning a lot, which is obviously presented by English education and examination in China. Unfortunately, the flaw in English education mechanism causes problems like "dumb English", hindering students’ communications with foreigners. This paper focuses on reasons for and solutions to "dumb English".
