摘要：

国家风险是指在对外投资、贷款和贸易活动中,外国资产在东道国所面临的危险程度,是源于因国别政治或经济形势变化而导致的外国暴露价值的变化。伴随着经济全球化的不断深化,阻碍企业国际化经营的国家风险引起了国际社会的广泛关注。准确理解国家风险的内涵及其评估方法,对于中国企业和公民防范海外国家风险这一问题,正在引起中国政府及产学研各界的高度重视。
