摘要
磁性Fe3O4/介孔二氧化硅(Fe3O4/mSiO2)复合微球兼具Fe3O4纳米粒子的磁性与介孔二氧化硅的空间负载能力,在生物医学领域有着广泛的应用。主要介绍核壳型、空腔型和响铃型复合微球的合成方法,以及Fe3O4/mSiO2复合微球在靶向载药系统、核磁成像系统、磁热疗载药系统以及生物分离等方面的应用。
