政府信息资源增值利用研究

摘要：
我国政府等公共部门在长期的行政与管理过程中制作、获得了海量的信息。这些信息是重要的资源,蕴涵着重要的社会价值与经济价值。2008年5月1日我国已经实施《政府信息公开条例》。对政府信息进行增值开发利用十分必要。本文对我国政府信息增值利用的必要性进行了论证,对政府信息增值利用的战略对策进行了初步探讨。提出了应从法律保障、产业化布局、集成化推进以及技术标准支撑方面推动我国政府信息资源增值利用的战略实施。
