摘要：
Ⅰ.Introduction China joined the World Trade Organisation(WTO)on 10th December 2001.It marked a major step in the integration of Chinese banking and financial markets into the global financial system.In fulfilling its commitments to the WTO,China lifted the geographic and client restrictions over foreign banks within five years of its entry.
