<正>In October 2024, at the 27th ChinaASEAN Leaders' Meeting, the leaders of China and ten ASEAN nations announced the substantial conclusion of the China-ASEAN FTA 3.0 Upgrade Negotiations, and proposed that the two sides would strive to formally sign in 2025 the Protocol on Further Upgrading the China-ASEAN Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement and pertinent agreements under the Agreement. The upgraded version of the ChinaASEAN FTA 3.0 has comprehensively expanded mutually beneficial cooperation in emerging areas of the region,
