<正>Dear Editor,In this letter, we describe a rare presentation of pseudotumoural eosinophilic cystitis(EC) that mimicked a bladder tumor infiltrating into the left seminal vesicle. The objective was to raise awareness of the rare presentation of EC where it can extend beyond the confines of bladder wall.
