摘要
The sintering ability of Fe-based amorphous powder was studied in selective laser sintering (SLS) and powder bed fusion processes. The powder was obtained by mechanical grinding of the amorphous Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si15.5B7 alloy. After the SLS processing, the structure of the synthesized material was studied using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The internal structure of the obtained detail remained amorphous with inclusions of nano crystalline b.c.c Fe phase, while the macroscopic structure was microporous. Different mechanisms of synthesis are discussed in the work.
