摘要
This review investigates various models and frameworks for assessing user experience within mobile educational games (MEGs). Among the many studies surveyed, eight were thoroughly selected for their contributions to evaluating MEGs. From an extensive literature review, four primary models performed in evaluating MEG user experience: playability heuristics, MEEGA+, UEQ, and Pre-MEGa, with playability heuristics emerging as the most widely utilized model. While the review underscores the comprehensive nature of these models in evaluating MEGs, it identifies a notable gap concerning the assessment of educational content and mobile functionality, both crucial aspects of the MEG user experience. Consequently, the review proposes for further research to develop a more inclusive model capable of thoroughly evaluating user experience within MEGs.
