摘要
This research project describes how I performed a targeted literature review of intersectional feminism research to develop a theoretical framework that technical and professional communication (TPC) scholars and practitioners can use to mitigate workplace bias. As a result, this study seeks to extend the application of feminist theory and expand TPC discussions centered on ethical implications and inclusive communication design.
