摘要
The paper evaluates the flexibility potential of a selected use case of a parking lot with 10 electric vehicles (EVs) aggregated in a virtual power plant (VPP). The flexibility of the EVs is procured by the aggregator on the flexibility market or balancing market through the provision of services. The study estimates the negative and positive flexibility potentials that aggregated EVs can offer, as well as the ability for participation in the markets. The conclusion is that EVs in such a constellation can offer a negative and positive flexibility potential of 880 kWh within one day. Taking into account the specifications of the charging stations (CSs), the potential is 550 kWh. Concerning the work beyond the project on the Slovenian demonstrator, energy self-sufficiency through charging with energy from local photovoltaics (PV) is investigated from a point of stabilizing the distribution grid. Namely, the use case presented is similar to the Slovenian demonstrator of the EV4EU project.
