摘要
Bartholomaeus Anglicus spanish version of De proprietatibus rerum preserved in British Library's Additional 30037 manuscript reflects a significant and diverse number of examples of formations in-miento. Although the use of deverbal nouns easily recognizable by suffixation in-miento is not unknown in the era, the translator of this version seems to show a special predilection for this pattern. With the purpose of explore further the use of this type of nouns by the translator, and with the intention of continuing the path marked by previous studies, this work will analyze the different deverbal nouns in-miento collected throughout the Book XII of the manuscript, as well as the concurrence that is established in relation to other competing patterns (deverbal nouns with suffixation in-ci & oacute;n/-z & oacute;n,-ancia/-encia/-an & ccedil;a and-ura) with which it shares a purpose.
