摘要
In this work, a Shooting and Bouncing Ray (SBR) scheme for the calculation of electromagnetic scattering from electrically large, lossy, and complex objects excited by near-field sources such as an infinitesimal dipole antenna element is introduced, and its use in modeling an example system is described. Scattering scenarios for validation purposes and bearing error estimation results for a Conventional Very High Frequency Omni-Directional Radio (CVOR) system are presented.
