摘要：

A silver-mediated intramolecular oxy- and aminodifluoroalkylation of unactivated alkenes bearing pendant nucleophiles with ethyl difluoroiodoacetate has been developed. Through the use of this methodology, a variety of difluoroalkyl modified isochromanone, isoquinolinone and 1,3-oxazine were obtained in moderate yields from 2-allylbenzoic acid, 2-allyl-N-methoxybenzamide and O-homoallyl benzimidates.
