摘要
In order to analyze the three-dimensional flow and heat transfer problem, as well as flow and heat transfer characteristics of OTSG (once through steam generator), this study analyzed the secondary side heat transfer process by coupling a refined modeling of OTSG and heat transfer model from a one-dimensional system program. Through spatial mapping, a coupled heat transfer model inside and outside the tube was established to study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the primary side coolant. The research results show that the method of calculating the flow and heat transfer outside the tube using three-dimensional CFD (computational fluid dynamics) method and the method of calculating the flow and heat transfer inside the tube using one-dimensional multi-channel method can obtain accurate heat transfer characteristics of the primary and secondary sides, and can provide accurate heat flow boundary of the outer wall of the tube for the analysis of three-dimensional flow and heat transfer at the primary side. The results of this study provide support for the refined design and analysis of OTSG, and have good application prospects in the analysis of heat transfer characteristics of OTSG [1].
