This paper proposes a dual-band tunable absorber based on a graphene-ITO composite metasurface, which consists of a patterned graphene sandwich structure, a cross-shaped indium tin oxide patch, a polyvinyl chloride medium, and an indium tin oxide backplane. The square resistance of graphene is dynamically controlled by DC bias, and the absorption frequency can be dynamically tuned in the C (5.78-7.44 GHz) and Ku (14.7-15.74 GHz) bands. In addition, the absorber is also flexible, transparent, and polarization-insensitive. The proposed absorber may find applications in the fields of electromagnetic interference resistance and electromagnetic pollution control.
