摘要
Advances in the field of spintronics in the last decades have instigated new approaches to overcome the limit on the propagation length of spin waves (SW). This makes the use of SW a promising prospect for applications in electronic devices in the process of transmitting digital information. So, this work aimed to develop a surface acoustic wave (SAW) device to excite spin waves through their interaction with elastic waves that arise from excitations of the crystalline structure, which are quantized as phonons. These elastic waves are generated by interdigital transducers (IDT) placed over a piezoeletric material.
