摘要
Relaxor in dielectrics has attracted extensive attention in a variety of fields because of their special domain structure and flexible response under electric field. However, most of the current researches are focused on material systems with perovskite structure. The spinel structure with general formula of AB2O4 can be a good carrier for exploring the polarization relaxation due to its complex crystal lattices and multiple coupling effects between different lattices. In this paper, CoMn2O4 with mixed spinel structure was prepared by traditional solidstate reaction method, accompanied by investigating its microstructure and electric polarization behavior in detail. Furthermore, multiple polarization approaches are employ in this work to analyze the physical mechanism underlying the multi-stage relaxation of CoMn2O4 within a wide temperature range. The relevant results not only further enrich the relaxor series, but also provide an important theoretical basis for the application of CoMn2O4 in related electronic devices.
