摘要
LP is an important procedure in the diagnosis and therapy of neurologic disease. Fluoroscopy and CT are both effective modalities for LP in patients requiring image guidance. Understanding lumbar anatomy, patient characteristics, effects of different needle types, and technical aspects of image-guided LP allows for safe and successful CSF access when required.
